This state-of-the-art facility, located at 3250 Himalaya Rd, Aurora, CO 80011, marks a significant milestone in BYLD’s ongoing expansion and innovation efforts.
Following the relocation of its international headquarters in Poland earlier this year to better support its growing Technology, Machine Manufacturing and Engineering groups, BYLD has further solidified its commitment to advancing construction technologies. Marcin Kakol, EVP and Head of Operations in Poland at BYLD Technology, highlighted, “Our new offices will accommodate our rapid growth and expansion, enabling us to push the boundaries of what’s possible in our industry.”
The new Denver location features 1,500 square feet of office and conference spaces, along with a 14,500 square-foot showroom and demonstration area. It is equipped with a light gauge steel mockup and several sets of the latest framing equipment and machines. This setup not only serves as a hub for technological advancements but also a center for practical demonstrations of BYLD’s pioneering engineering software and framing technologies.
Del de Windt, CEO of BYLD, emphasized the strategic importance of the new facility, stating, “This new facility gives us the platform to demonstrate the performance of our engineering software, framing technologies, and supply chain Portal. We can now work more closely with framing subcontractors and processing clients, as well as provide enhanced sales support.”
BYLD’s expansion in Denver will culminate in a grand opening event in July, where the company will showcase its advanced capabilities and collaborations. This move is expected to further empower BYLD to provide innovative solutions that reduce construction times, minimize waste, and require less skilled labor, all while adhering to stringent code compliance.
